JAKARTA – PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) sold off 1.41 million shares gained from a buyback for IDR 1,694 per share yesterday (29/9). The selling price rests slightly above the lowest closing price of BNGA at IDR 1,690 per share.

Susiana Tanto, Corporate Affairs Head of Bank CIMB Niaga, mentioned that the proceeds of the divestiture reached IDR 2.39 billion. The assigned arranger from the stock exchange was PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

According to Tanto, the number of shares gained from a buyback that has yet to be sold reaches 187.46 million.

Last Friday (29/9), BNGA’s highest transaction price was recorded at IDR 1,700, and the lowest was at IDR 1,680 per share. The volume of traded shares clocked up to 2.73 million, all recorded within 1,019 transactions worth IDR 4.60 billion. The foreign buy and sell were reported at 1.03 million and 71,500 shares, respectively. (LK/ZH)
