JAKARTA – Lucas SH CN, controlling shareholder of PT Arthavest Tbk (ARTA), has divested 4.47% of its shares worth IDR 30 billion to fulfil free-float requirement. As of now, the portion of non-controlling shareholders is 11.31% of 446.67 million shares recorded in issued and paid-up capital.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (6/10), Tsun Tien Wen Lie, Corporate Secretary of ARTA, confirmed that Lucas has 396.17 million shares or 88.69% of total issued and paid-up capital of ARTA. In order to meet the free float requirement, Lucas then divested 20 million shares for IDR 1,500 each yesterday (5/10).

ARTA’s shareholders, as of August 31, 2023, were foreign retail investors of 1.54%, domestic retail investors of 9.77%, Henny F Jusuf and Dahnu Teguh Adrianto (ommissioners) of 0% each, as well as Yeremy Vincentius, Tsun Tien Wen Lie, and Chan Shih Mei (directors) of 0% each.

Until the first half of 2023, this issuer collected IDR 28.81 billion of revenue, rising from IDR 21.86 billion seen in the same period last year. This shift then allowed the profit to reach IDR 1.14 billion, also growing from IDR 5.41 billion. (LK/ZH)
