JAKARTA. Indonesia Eximbank or known as the Indonesian Export Financing Institution (LPEI) has bought back bonds in the amount of IDR 65 billion. 

Chesna F. Anwar, Managing Director for Institutional Relations at Indonesia Eximbank, said that the bonds bought back consisted of PUB IEB IV Phase V 2019 Series C Bonds amounting to IDR 15 billion, as well as PUB IEB III Phase V 2017 Series C Bonds amounting to IDR 50 billion. 

The buyback price for the 2019 Series C Bonds is 102% of the principal value or the equivalent of IDR 15.3 billion. Then the buyback price for the 2017 Series C Bonds is 101.4% of the principal value or the equivalent of IDR 51.32 billion. 

"So the total value of bond buyback payments is IDR 66.62 billion," said Anwar, through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) today. (KR/LM)
