JAKARTA - On Tuesday, October 24, total foreign selling volume was around 2.37 billion shares, with total foreign buying volume only around 1.99 billion shares. As a result, the net foreign position stood at -381.91 million shares. Foreign investors sold the most shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), totaling around 820.57 million shares with a net volume of -49.36 million shares. Meanwhile, PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), a special vehicle manufacturing and fabrication firm, held the first top buy position with the same foreign purchase volume and net volume of 50.66 million shares.

The second top-buy position was taken by PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an investment and infrastructure development business, where foreign investors purchased 46.67 million shares for a net volume of 43.59 million shares. The second share purchase target was PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA), where foreign investors purchased around 43.16 million shares with a net volume of 34.88 million shares. Furthermore, 61.85 million shares of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES), a household goods retailer, were purchased, with a net volume of roughly 20.73 million shares. The top-buy list was then completed with the purchase of 22.83 million shares of general mining contractor PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA), with a net volume of 18.22 million shares.

On the share sale list, foreign investors released approximately 64.80 million shares of subscription television broadcasting business PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk (IPTV), with a net volume of -57.29 million shares. Aside from that, 66.69 million shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) were sold, with a net foreign volume of -42.43 million shares. In the energy trade and investment industry, 37.36 million shares of PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk (IATA) were sold with a net volume of -37.10 million shares. Finally, the sale of 34.33 million shares of PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA), a paint and construction materials company, resulted in a net volume of roughly -30 million shares. (KD)
