JAKARTA. PT Indonesia Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), a property manager and developer, booked revenue of IDR 831.5 billion at the end of the third quarter of 2023.

INPP’s revenue in Q3 2023 was reportedly 53.8% year-on-year (yoy) higher than the number seen in the same period in 2022. Furthermore, compared to Q2 2023, its revenue also grew 6.9%.

Most of INPP’s revenue in Q3 2023 came from hotel segment, which generated IDR 342 billion of revenue, covering 41% of the total revenue in Q3 2023.

Anthony P. Susilo, President Director of INPP, mentioned that the company’s improvement within the past nine months was made possible due to hard work of the management in responding to consumers’ taste. “We will continue to focus on sustainable property development to increase the quality of life of the people through space and wonderful experience,” Susilo mentioned in the official statement.

Meanwhile, INPP’s property sales had reportedly proliferated three times in amount in Q3 2023. The management mentioned that this growth is supported by the company’s business focus in providing iconic lifestyle property in major tourism destination cities. (KR/ZH)
