JAKARTA. The total incoming bids recorded in the auction of Government Sharia Securities (lit. Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/SBSN) or State Sukuk on November 7, 2023, reached IDR 15.87 trillion.

According to the official statement of Directorate-General of Budget Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance, SPNS07052024 recorded the highest bid of IDR 7.42 trillion. Then, it is followed by PBS036 with incoming bids of IDR 2.88 trillion, PBS003 of IDR 2.21 trillion, PBS037 of IDR 1.89 trillion, PBS034 of IDR 817 billion, and PBS033 of IDR 647 billion.

Out of the incoming bids, the Indonesian government is only awarded IDR 2.24 trillion. For the record, the indicative target set in the state sukuk auction is IDR 9 trillion.

Prior to this, on October 24, 2023, the Indonesian government had initiated state sukuk auction. The incoming bids recorded in last auction was IDR 8.25 trillion, while the awarded amount reached IDR 2.03 trillion. (KR/ZH)
