JAKARTA. The incoming bids received in the auction of 7 series of Government Securities (lit. Surat Utang Negara/SUN) last Tuesday (28/9) reaches IDR 48.71 trillion, as stated by the Directorate-General of Budget Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of Ministry of Finance.

The seven series of SUN being auctioned consist of 2 series of Government Treasury Notes (lit. Surat Perbendaharaan Negara/SPN) and 5 FR series of Government Bonds (lit. Obligasi Negara/ON). FR101 received the highest number of bids, reaching IDR 22.91 trillion. Meanwhile, FR0089 scored the lowest bids, amounting to IDR 1.91 trillion.

“The total awarded amount of those seven series is IDR 19.15 trillion,” said DJPPR of Ministry of Finance in its official disclosure.

The awarded amount went slightly over the indicative target announced prior, of IDR 19 trillion.

For the record, the Indonesian government had previously auctioned SUN on November 14, 2023. In this round of auction, the incoming bids reportedly reached IDR 33.67 trillion, resulting in awarded amount of IDR 19 trillion. (KR/ZH)
