JAKARTA - Tempo-IDNFinancials named Haryanto Adikoesoemo as one of the Best CEOs among 43 CEOs of public listed companies in the capital market. His figure is considered successful in bringing the performance growth of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) through the Covid-19 pandemic situation and encouraging the achievement of net zero emissions with environmentally friendly fuel oil (BBM) products.

The appointment of Haryanto Adikoesoemo as The Best CEO in Oil and Gas Storage and Distribution took place at the Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Bali on Friday (1/12). A number of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of public companies from various industries attended the event which took place last week.

In the third quarter of 2023, AKRA recorded revenue from contracts with customers of IDR 29.97 trillion, down from the same period in 2022 of IDR 34.58 trillion. The trade and distribution segment contributed to revenue as much as IDR 28.21 trillion, manufacturing IDR 413.22 billion, logistics IDR 1.05 trillion, and industrial areas IDR 903.03 billion. In the same period last year, trade and distribution contributed IDR 33.33 trillion, manufacturing IDR 631.81 billion, logistics IDR 934.50 billion, and industrial areas IDR 204.64 billion.

Under his leadership, AKRA recorded an increase in gross profit to IDR 2.87 trillion from IDR 2.72 trillion thanks to efficiency in cost of goods sold and revenue. Operating profit became IDR 2.19 trillion in the third quarter of 2023 from the same period in 2022 of IDR 1.92 trillion and net profit for the year increased to IDR 1.81 trillion from IDR 1.50 trillion.
