JAKARTA. PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa Tbk (MAHA), a coal mining support service provider, has allocated extra capital to one of its subsidiaries.

Ivan Darwin, Corporate Secretary of MAHA, confirmed that the extra capital is granted to PT Mandiri Prima Adiperkasa (MPA) worth a total of IDR 6 billion. The added capital is given alongside the increase of issued and paid-up capital by the company to MPA through the issuance of 6 thousand of new shares.

With this capital raise, the issue and paid-up capital of MPA will rise to IDR 12 billion from the initial IDR 6 billion. However, the percentage of MAHA's portion in MPA will remain unchanged at 40%. 

According to IDNFinancials data, MAHA recorded total assets of IDR 2.38 trillion until the end of September 30, 2023, with cash clocking up to IDR 621.57 billion. Meanwhile, total equity was reported at IDR 1.64 trillion. 

In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, MAHA booked revenue of IDR 1.39 trillion, resulting in net profit of IDR 122.46 billion. (KR/ZH)
