JAKARTA – PT Aneka, distributor of drilling machine, divests its portion in PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), taking the same action led by two other shareholders, PT Damai Investama Sukses (DIS) and PT MSJ Investama Abadi (MIA), which had divested theirs prior.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (21/12), Aneka’s stock portion is down 0.49% or 7.34 million shares, from the initial 101.92 million shares to 94.58 million as of last week (15/12). In other words, from 6.75% to 6.26%. The price was set to IDR 272 per share, thus bringing the total to IDR 1.99 billion.

In December 2023, Aneka also sold another 0.39% of shares, bringing its portion down from 107.73 billion or 7.14% to 101.2 million or 6.75%, for a price of IDR 272 per share, as well. In another transaction before that, Aneka’s portion in TRJA dropped 1.65% from 8.79% to 7.14% as of December 5, 2023, or 132.74 million to 107.73 million.

This divestment took place after DIS and MIA transferred 1.11 billion of their shaers to PT Samindo Resources Tbk (MYOH) for IDR 111.75 billion or 74%. In Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 8, TRJA’s shareholders agreed upon portion transfer of those two shareholders to MYOH. (LK/ZH)
