JAKARTA. PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) and one of its subsidiaries, PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), have granted extra capital support to another of its subsidiaries, PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (DTN).

The capital support was given alongside the capital increase of DTN, amounting to extra 953,030 new shares. Approximately 571,818 of those are claimed by UNTR, while another 381,212 is taken over by PAMA.

After this capital raise, UNTR’s portion in DTN rises to 1,740,777 shares worth IDR 17.41 trillion. Similarly, PAMA’s ownership in DTN increases to 1,160,518 shares or IDR 11.61 trillion.

“The purpose of the company and PAMA in increasing their portions in DTN is to meet the working capital needs of DTN,” said the management of UNTR in the official release.

According to IDNFinancials data, UNTR’s stock price today (29/12) was closed at 0.33% or 75 points lower to IDR 22,625 per share. Since the beginning of the year (year-to-date), the stock price of this Astra Group company has declined 12.31% or 3,175 points. (KR/ZH)
