JAKARTA. PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), the managing company of Lucy in The Sky bar, plans to collect fresh funds by increasing capital through pre-emptive rights, also known as rights issue.

The number of shares issued by LUCY is 584.77 million shares, equal to 31.51% of total issued and paid-up capital. Each share has a face value of IDR 10, and will be offered for IDR 150 per share.

PT Delta Wibawa Bersama (DWB), the owner of 513.61 million shares of LUCY (47.79%), has declared its willingness to exercise its rights according to its portion. Dimas Wibowo, the holder of 179.49 million shares of LUCY (16.70%) also confirms his participation in exercising his rights.

In the issued prospectus, LUCY will utilise IDR 23 billion of the rights issue proceeds to acquire PT Graha Senopati Sentosa (GSS). Another IDR 11 billion will also be used to acquire PT Kreasi Sejahtera Bahagia (KSB), while the remainder will be utilised to develop and expand its outlets in various regions.

According to IDNFinancials data, LUCY’s stock price today went up 7 points or 4.61% to IDR 159 per share. Since its debut in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), it has shifted 58 points or 57.43% up. (KR/ZH)
