JAKARTA - Indovalue Capital Asset Management Ltd (ICAM) and PT Charnic Capital Tbk (NICK) have divested their portions of 9.4% and 10.6% in PT Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (FUJI) in transactions last week (5/1). The total 20% of divested portions of those investors are for investment portfolio allocation.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (8/1), ICAM divested 122.2 million shares for IDR 256 each, totalling IDR 31.28 billion. After the transactions, the stock portion drops to 715 million shares (55%) from 837.2 million shares (64.4%).

On the same occasion, NICK divested 137.8 million shares for IDR 256 worth total IDR 35.27 billion cumulatively. Its portion then shrinks to 187.08 million (14.39%) from 324.88 million (24.99%).

As of December 2023, FUJI’s listed shares were recorded at 1.3 billion, with shareholders consisting of ICAM of 64.47%, NICK of 24.99%, Anton Santoso of 0.25%, and the public of 10.36%. (LK/ZH)
