JAKARTA - PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services (MPTIS) will hold a voluntary tender offer of 4.49 billion shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) for a month, starting in two weeks (25/1 – 25/2). This corporate action is linked to META’s plan to go private.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (10/1), the number of META’s shares involved in this tender offer is equal to 25.3% of total shares worth IDR 250 each. As of now, MPTIS owns 74.65% of META, equal to 13.22 billion shares.

After this tender offer, MPTIS will narrow down META’s business group to make it more efficient in carrying out business in the infrastructure sector. MPTIS has an authorised capital of IDR 4.36 trillion, as well as issued and paid-up capital of IDR 1.09 trillion. Its shareholders consist of Rogelio Lazo Singson of 0.0001%, MPT Asia Corporation Pte Ltd of 9.99%, and stock in portfolio of IDR 3.27 trillion. (LK/ZH)
