JAKARTA - PT Trimitra Ciptaselaras (TC) divested 1.36% of its shares in PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS) last week (9/1). Total share transactions worth IDR 9.42 billion.

Agung Wibawa, Finance Director of CGAS said that after the divestment the number of TC shares became 70.10 million or 3.96% from the previous 94.27 million or 5.32%. "TC's share ownership status in the company is direct," he said in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (17/1).

On (8/1), this issuer made its debut by listing 1.77 billion shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). These shares consist of founder shares of 1.24 billion and an offering to the public of 531.42 million at a price of IDR 338 per share. The total value obtained from the IPO was IDR 179.62 billion.

90% of the IPO funds are allocated for LNG development in Galian Field Tambun Zone 7 Regional 2 and the remaining 10% for operational expenditure. (LK/LM)
