JAKARTA - Yenny Hamidah Koen is increasing her portions in PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa Tbk (MAHA) by IDR 1.08 billion in worth in a transaction taking place yesterday (22/1).

In the information disclosure quoted today (23/1), Ivan Darwin, Corporate Secretary of MAHA, mentioned that the shares acquisition by Koen took place in three transactions, using varied price ranging from IDR 192 to IDR 194 per share. The number of acquired shares clocked up to 5.6 million.

Koen is President Director of MAHA, who had owned 7.66% of 16.66 billion shares of MAHA. After this transaction, her ownership percentage rises 0.033% to 1.28 billion from the initial 1.27 billion shares. Approximately 34.5% of MAHA’s shares were owned by controllers, while another 65.5% belong to non-controllers. The ultimate beneficial owner of MAHA is Eddy Sugianto.

Yesterday (22/1), MAHA was closed at IDR 194 per share, recording transaction volume of 9.43 million within 579 transactions worth IDR 1.81 billion. The stock price peaked at IDR 195 before hitting the ground at IDR 191 per share. (LK/ZH)
