JAKARTA – Throughout the day, Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) was seen crawling up until today’s (7/2) closing bell. At opening bell, it was spotted at 7,269.94 at 9 AM WIB, before slowing down to 7,262.68 at 1.37 PM WIB.

After monitoring the stock’s trend in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today, the Index remains at the green zone all day. Although fluctuating, it was stable at the green zone nearing the long weekend of Isra Mi’raj and Lunar New Year holiday.

Yesterday (6/20, JCI was closed also at the green zone at 7,247.40 until 4 PM WIB. It was seen improving compared to the position earlier this week (5/2), arriving at only 7,198.61, or the position last Wednesday (31/1) at 7,207.94.

Several other indexes were seen climbing, as well, including LQ45 that went up 0.26% to 983.135, IDXLQ45LCL up by 0.24% to 137.985, IDX30 that shifted 0.35% to 499.601, and IDX80 down 0.05% to 132,179. (LK/ZH)
