JAKARTA - PT Deli Pratama Batubara (DPB) has put in extra investment worth IDR 3.58 billion in PT Perdana Karya Persada Tbk (PKPK) in a transaction taking place yesterday (7/2).

Irma Eguina, Corporate Secretary of Perdana Karya Persada, confirmed that DPB has raised its portion by 9.94 million shares for IDR 360 each. After transaction, the number of DPB’s shares now reaches 900 million (75%) from the initial 890.05 million (74.17%).

The transaction was carried out with a price above PKPK’s closing price last Wednesday (7/2) at IDR 350 per share. The peak was recorded at IDR 354 per share, while the lowest was IDR 348 per share. The transaction volume arrived at 268,500 shares within 26 transactions worth IDR 93.86 million. Its foreign sell was zero, while the foreign buy were 1,100 shares.

As of January 2024, the number of PKPK’s shares was reported at 1.2 billion, in which controllers claimed 74.17% of them, and non-controllers share the remaining 25.83%. The listed controller is PT Deli Pratama Nusantara (DPN), while the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares is Haryanto Sofian, President Director of PKPK. (LK/ZH)
