JAKARTA. PT Erafone Artha Retailindo (EAR), as known as Erafone, a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), has signed a credit facility extension with PT Bank CTBC Indonesia. 

There are five facilities extended by Bank CTBC, including short term loan of IDR 450 billion, another short term loan of IDR 150 billion, demand loan of IDR 30 billion, overdraft facility of IDR 20 billion, and foreign exchange transaction of USD 1.5 million.

Amelia Allen, Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary of ERAA, confirmed that said credit facility is extended until May 7, 2024. “The purpose of this transaction is to fund the working capital of debtors (Erafone) and other purposes, which are linked directly to business transactions,” added her in the information disclosure.

According to IDNFinancials data, ERAA recorded cash and cash equivalent of IDR 1.47 trillion as of September 30, 2023. Total assets were seen at IDR 21.56 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 7.78 trillion. (KR/ZH)
