JAKARTA – After the Election 2024, PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) reportedly stopped PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Karya Tbk (MKAP) from its consecutive reign as top gainers in the past two days.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (16/2), HUMI rose 33.96% or IDR 18 to IDR 71 per share from the previous IDR 53 per share. It was closed at its peak, at IDR 71, and once recorded the lowest price at IDR 54.

Throughout the day (16/2), 257.41 million shares were being traded within 8,648 transactions worth IDR 16.92 billion. Foreign investors seemed to divest more as the price went up. Foreign sell and buy were seen at 40.21 million and 37.51 million shares.

On the other hand, PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS) sat at the runner-up spot following IDR 54 increase or 25% surge to IDR 270 from the initial IDR 216 per share. It was also closed at its peak, at IDR 270, while the lowest price was recorded at IDR 195 per share.

The transaction volume of shares of SOTS clocked up to 414,700 within 278 transactions worth IDR 108.88 million. The price increase has driven foreign investors to divest more, as indicated through foreign sell and buy of 4,800 and 30,200 shares. (LK/ZH)
