JAKARTA. PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), a real estate management and developer in Batam, scored net profit of IDR 2.41 billion in 2023, increasing 69.7% year-on-year (yoy).

According to IDNFinancials data, PURI’s net profit in 2022 experiences quite a deep slump to ID 1.42 billion, whereas in the previous years, the company managed to book net profit as high as IDR 10.04 billion in 2021 and IDR 7.3 billion in 2020.

PURI’s net profit recovery resulted from its revenue surge, bringing it to IDR 65,81 billion or increasing 103% yoy. For the record, PURI’s revenue in 2022 was only IDR 32.2 billion.

Based on its business segments, most of PURI’s revenue in 2023 was still dominated by apartment business, which contributed IDR 52.03 billion. Then, another IDR 7.96 billion came from shophouse segment, IDR 473 billion from housing business, and the remainder came from other business lines.

Until the end of December 2023, PURI’s total assets were recorded at IDR 210.21 billion, up 6.6% yoy. Meanwhile, the company’s total equity was reported at IDR 108.83 billion.

PURI’s stock price nearing the end of today’s (20/3) trading session was seen shifting positively 2.45% or 4 points to IDR 167 per share. However, since the beginning of this year, the company’s stock price has dropped 18.14% or 37 points. (KR/ZH)
