JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (JASS) have agreed upon the cash dividend distribution of IDR 194.92 billion from its 2023 net profit. This year round, cash dividend allocation is lower than 2022.

Based on the Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) quoted Friday (19/4), Marianne Ludwina Hasjim, Director of JASS, mentioned that said decision was approved by 99.925% of total shares with valid votes issued by the company on its AGMS yesterday (17/4). “The dividend is set to IDR 378 per share. The remaining IDR 195.24 billion is stored as retained earnings,” she added.

In said AGMS, the shareholders acknowledged 2023 net profit of IDR 390.16 billion. Last year, for the fiscal year (FY) 2023, shareholders acknowledged 2022 net profit of IDR 322.72 billion, with cash dividend of IDR 273.82 billion or IDR 531 per share, while the retained earnings were set to IDR 48.90 billion.

In AGMS of FY 2022, shareholders approved net profit of 2021 of IDR 251.81 billion, with cash dividend of IDR 226.45 billion or IDR 439 per share, and retained earnings clocked up to IDR 25.36 billion. (LK/ZH)
