JAKARTA. PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY), a technology company that provides digital solutions for MSME and corporations, managed to collect net profit of IDR 3,84 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, or growing 39.6% year-on-year (yoy).

This growth is in line with VTNY’s revenue that increased to IDR 39.6 billion, or growing 22% yoy.

Jun Waide, Founder and Group CEO of VTNY, mentioned that B2B Financial Service remained as the highest contributor to VNTY’s revenue in Q1 2024. The contribution of the revenue from this business line reportedly arrived at IDR 38.4 billion or 54% of total revenue.

“This is in line with the company’s focus to improve financial inclusivity within MSME, particularly those operating in Indonesia,” added Waide in the official statement.

Meanwhile, Lie Kienata, Group CFO of VTNY, mentioned that another factor that acts as a positive reinforcement for VTNY’s performance is the technology developed to digitalise business system of MSME.

“It could be indicated through rapid increase of the sales of information and technology products, which brought in IDR 7.6 billion in Q1 2024, or growing 117% from the same period last year,” Kienata added.

In relation to another business line, Venteny Employee Super App, it had generated revenue of IDR 6.9 billion in Q1 2024. (KR/ZH)
