JAKARTA – Although Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) slipped to the red zone right after gaining strides at today’s (7/5) opening bell, the index managed to pick up the pace and climbed back up at 11 AM WIB.

On today’s (7/5) morning session, JCI went up to 7,147.21, increasing from the yesterday’s (6/5) closing position at 7,135.89. The index then slowly declined, entering the red zone to 7,130.02 at 9.20 AM WIB.

Not long in the red zone, the index gradually regained strength nearing the end of the morning session. The index has now surpassed the level seen at the morning session at 10.30 AM WIB, at 7,151.98, even continued to rise even higher in the green zone.

The index’s shift this morning has yet to align with the trend of other indexes, which all remain at the red zone. LQ45 is corrected 0.22% to 904.266, while IDX is at -0.25% to 457.796, IDX80 -0.90% to 126.813, and IDXESGL -0.24% to 153.213. (LK/ZH)
