JAKARTA. The amount of bids recorded in the auction of Sharia Government Securities (Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/SBSN) last Monday (6/5) was reported at IDR 15.99 trillion. 

In the auction, there were 7 series of state sukuk being offered to the public, consisting of 2 Sharia Treasury Notes (Surat Perbendaharaan Negara-Syariah/SPNS) and 5 series of Project Based Sukuk (PBS).

SPNS02022025 recorded the highest amount of incoming bids amongst other SPNS series, scoring a total of IDR 4.15 trillion. Meanwhile PBS038 was the most popular PBS series, with total incoming bids of IDR 3.57 trillion. 

"The total awarded amount from the offered seven series is IDR 7.03 trillion," said the Directorate-General of Budget Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance.

According to IDNFinancials data, the Indonesian government has conducted 7 series of state sukuk auction since the beginning of this year, 5 of which took place in the first quarter, with total awarded amount reaching IDR 53.53 trilion. (KR/ZH)
