JAKARTA – PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA), an Indonesian automotive component manufacturer, has announced a cash dividend distribution of IDR202.3 billion, equivalent to IDR43 per share, for 2024.

Irianto Santoso, President Director of DRMA, stated that this amount represents 35% of the company's 2024 net profit of IDR579.3 billion. The decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on April 22, 2025, in Cikarang.

“This dividend distribution is our way of appreciating shareholders for their continued support,” he said during a virtual press conference on Tuesday (April 22).

Previously, DRMA distributed cash dividends of IDR171.29 billion, or IDR36.4 per share, based on the results of the AGMS held on April 25, 2024.

For reference, DRMA maintained strong performance by recording sales of Rp5.5 trillion throughout 2024. In addition to revenue growth, the company also posted a 4.2% increase in net profit, rising from IDR555.8 billion to IDR579.3 billion in 2024.

“This growth was supported by the two-wheeled vehicle (2W) segment, which posted IDR3.3 trillion in sales, an 11.9% year-on-year increase, contributing 59% of the company's total revenue,” Irianto explained. (DK/LM)
