HEAL Director: We are building 2 new hospitals in Bali and Salatiga

JAKARTA – PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL) plans to expand its business network in 2025 by building two new hospitals in Bali and Salatiga, Central Java. Both healthcare facilities are targeted to begin operations in December 2025.
HEAL's Finance Director, Yulisar Khiat, revealed that the total budget for the two hospitals amounts to IDR346 billion. “The budget for the two new hospitals is IDR346 billion,” Yulisar said during a press conference on Wednesday (April 23).
During the same event, HEAL’s President Director, Hasmoro, explained that each hospital will have a capacity of 100 beds, while existing hospitals will receive an additional 600 beds.
“So, each new hospital will have 100 beds, but for existing hospitals, we will add around 600 beds,” Hasmoro stated.
Currently, HEAL has a total bed capacity of 8,252 units. With the addition of 200 beds from the new hospitals, HEAL's total bed capacity is projected to reach 9,000 units by the end of 2025.
With this expansion, HEAL is targeting an EBITDA of IDR2.2 trillion and revenues of IDR7.8 trillion in 2025. The expansion is expected to strengthen PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk's position in Indonesia’s healthcare industry.
As for stock performance, HEAL’s share price remains at Rp1,045 per share as of Thursday (April 24). Over the past five days, it has increased by 1.95%, and over the past month, it has risen by 2.96%. (DK/LM)
