JAKARTA – PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) has received dividend payments totalling IDR 46.55 billion from three affiliated companies.

In a disclosure published on Wednesday (7/5), Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of TAPG, stated that the dividend distribution was approved at a shareholders’ meeting held the previous day (6/5).

The three companies paying dividends include PT Mega Ika Khansa (MIK) with IDR 24.75 billion, PT Hamparan Perkasa Mandiri (HPM) with IDR 10.80 billion, and PT Kutim Agro Mandiri (KAM) with IDR 11 billion.

These companies are subsidiaries of PT Agro Multi Persada (AMP), in which TAPG holds a 94.93% stake.

Previously, TAPG received IDR 16.05 billion in dividend payments from its subsidiary, PT Anugerah Agung Prima Abadi (AAPA).

In total, the company has collected IDR 62.6 billion in dividends from four affiliated entities. (LK/ZH)
