TAPG receives dividend deposits of IDR 136.98 billion

JAKARTA – PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) has received a total dividend deposit of IDR 136.98 billion from two affiliated subsidiaries.
Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of TAPG, stated that the two affiliates disbursing dividends are PT First Lamandau Timber International (FLTI) and PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DLJ).
“Based on the notification of shareholders’ resolutions outside of the general meeting on (9/5),” he said in a public disclosure on Tuesday (13/5).
TAPG owns stakes in the two subsidiaries through PT Agro Multi Persada (AMP). The dividend payments from FLTI and DLJ amounted to IDR 66.03 billion and IDR 70.95 billion, respectively.
Previously, TAPG received a number of dividend deposits from other affiliated subsidiaries, including IDR 195.35 billion from PT Etam Bersama Lestari (EBL) and IDR 46.5 billion from three other affiliated companies: PT Mega Ika Khansa (MIK), PT Hamparan Perkasa Mandiri (HPM), and PT Kutim Agro Mandiri (KAM).
Meanwhile, the company’s share price has surged 18.12% year-to-date to IDR 880 per share as of yesterday (9/5). The stock opened the first trading session at IDR 890, with an intraday high and low of IDR 900 and IDR 865, respectively. (LK/ZH)
