TOWR subsidiaries secure IDR 4 trillion facility from BTPN

JAKARTA – Seven subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) have signed an amendment to a credit facility agreement with PT Bank BTPN Tbk on Tuesday (20/5).
The facility commitment to be provided by BTPN now totals IDR 4 trillion and will be available from 20 May until 30 April 2025.
The following are the beneficiaries and their respective credit ceilings:
- PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo): IDR 4 trillion or the equivalent in US dollars and Japanese yen
- PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte): IDR 3 trillion or the equivalent in US dollars
- PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR): IDR 1.4 trillion or the equivalent in US dollars
- PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST): IDR 1 trillion
- PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (BIT): IDR 400 billion or the equivalent in US dollars
- PT Varnion Technology Semesta (VTS): IDR 35 billion
- PT Iforte Payment Infrastructure (IPAY): IDR 100 billion
“All drawdowns under this facility must not exceed the Total Facility,” wrote Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, cited from an official statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (21/5).
It should be noted that Protelindo is a direct subsidiary of TOWR, with a 99.9% ownership stake, while Iforte and SUPR are subsidiaries of Protelindo.
The remaining entities—IBST, BIT, VTS, and IPAY—are subsidiaries of Iforte.
Based on the disclosure, the borrowers will be jointly and severally liable for this credit facility.
On 22 April 2025, Protelindo and Iforte also secured a credit facility worth IDR 1 trillion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP), which will mature in one year. (ZH)
