JAKARTA – PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT), a subsidiary of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), will distribute cash dividends amounting to IDR 485 billion, equivalent to 65% of its net profit for the 2024 financial year.

The decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 21 May 2025.

“Accordingly, each EPMT share will receive a dividend of IDR 176,” EPMT management said in an information disclosure on Friday (23/5/2025).

Meanwhile, the remaining net profit of around IDR 260 billion will be recorded as retained earnings. As of 31 December 2024, the balance of unappropriated retained earnings stood at IDR 7.06 trillion.

For reference, EPMT’s dividend for the 2024 financial year increased by approximately 8% compared to 2023, when dividends were IDR 166 per share.

EPMT’s dividend payment schedule is as follows:

• Cum Dividend in Regular and Negotiated Markets: 2 June 2025
• Ex Dividend in Regular and Negotiated Markets: 3 June 2025
• Cum Dividend in Cash Market: 4 June 2025
• Ex Dividend in Cash Market: 5 June 2025
• Dividend Payment: 20 June 2025
