JAKARTA – PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (ERAL), a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), has signed an agreement with Under Armour to manage the brand’s retail network in Indonesia.

The contract was signed on 2 June 2025 between UA Sports (SEA) Pte Ltd (Under Armour) and PT Era Gaya Indonesia (EGI), a subsidiary of ERAL.

Under the agreement, EGI has been granted the retail contract by Under Armour to establish, operate, and manage official Under Armour retail stores in Indonesia.

“This agreement is intended to support the expansion and market penetration strategy of the Under Armour brand through the presence of physical retail stores,” stated Badar Teguh Mancik Alam, Corporate Secretary of ERAL, in an official statement on Monday (2/6).

The contract is expected to positively impact Erajaya Group’s international brand portfolio as well as the company’s consolidated revenue performance.

“Although it may initially require additional working capital investment for store development and supporting infrastructure,” Badar added.

He further expressed hope that this new contract would enhance ERAL’s competitiveness and market share, while also delivering added value to shareholders. (ZH)
