Hillcon Equity nets IDR 32.6 billion from HILL share sales

JAKARTA – PT Hillcon Equity Management (HEM) pocketed IDR 32.6 billion from selling its shares in PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL)ht throughout May 2025.
Its ownership stake has now fallen to 56.45%, down from 57.13% in April 2025.
In a disclosure quoted on Tuesday (3/6), Hersan Qiu, Director of HILL, stated that the change in the shareholder structure became effective as of 27 May 2025.
HEM's shareholding changed on three occasions as part of an investment strategy.
In the transaction on (8/5), HEM sold 56 million shares at IDR 296 each, totalling IDR 16.57 billion.
The investor then released 38 million shares at IDR 358 per share for a total of IDR 13.60 billion on 23 May 2025, and later sold 6.8 million shares at the same price of IDR 358 per share, raising IDR 2.43 billion on 27 May 2025.
HILL currently has 14.74 billion outstanding shares, with 56.45% held by the controlling shareholder and 43.55% by non-controlling shareholders.
The number of shareholders stands at 2,557 accounts, and the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares is Hersan Qiu. (LK/KR/ZH)
