JAKARTA – PT Sejahtera Inti Sentosa (SIS), a subsidiary of PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), established a new subsidiary on 30 May 2025 to expand its business in the clinic sector.

The newly formed SIS subsidiary is PT Mayapada Klinik Sejahtera. The new company was founded with an authorised capital of IDR 4 billion and paid-up capital of IDR 1 billion, with SIS holding a 99% ownership stake, while the remaining 1% is held by Jonathan Tahir.

“The establishment of the subsidiary was officially approved by the Ministry of Law last week (30/5),” said Arie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, citing the disclosure on Tuesday (3/6).

Arie also stated that the creation of the new business entity under the subsidiary aims to support the company’s core activities.

SIS currently operates Mayapada Hospital Jakarta, with total assets amounting to IDR 632.81 billion as of March 2025.

Following the announcement of the new entity on the evening of Monday (2/6), SRAJ shares rose by 2.98% to IDR 3,110 as of 11:58 AM WIB on Tuesday (3/6).

SRAJ shares have also gained 3.67% over the past month and surged 31.78% since the beginning of the year. (LK/ZH)
