CBDK injects IDR 91.65 billion into CGIC

JAKARTA – PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) has injected additional capital of IDR 91.65 billion into its subsidiary, PT Cahaya Gemilang Indah Cemerlang (CGIC), in a transaction that took place on Monday (2/6).
According to CBDK’s brief prospectus on Tuesday (3/6), the capital injection was carried out alongside the subscription of new shares issued by CGIC.
This capital increase has raised CBDK’s ownership in CGIC to 71.68% from the previous 64.62%. Meanwhile, the stakes of PT Agung Sedayu (AS) and PT Tunas Mekar Jaya (TMJ) each stand at 14.16%.
The additional capital was provided to maintain CBDK’s position as the controlling shareholder of CGIC.
For context, CGIC owns a landbank under development spanning 1.23 million square metres in Teluknaga, Tangerang, Banten. The value of this asset is estimated to reach IDR 2.57 trillion by the end of 2024.
As of 11:59 AM WIB in today’s first trading session, CBDK’s share price rose 2.81% to IDR 6,400 per share. Over the past week, the share price of the Central Business District PIK2 developer has increased by 1.19%. (LK/KR/ZH)
