JAKARTA – PT Gaia Artha Dinamic (GAD) is finalising the acquisition of 2.65 billion shares of PT Sumber Sinergi Makmur Tbk (IOTF). The key figure behind this corporate action is Aldrian Suwardi Chandra, President Director of GAD.

According to his LinkedIn profile on Wednesday (4/6), Aldrian is no newcomer to the information technology business.

He is the Co-Founder of PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk (DIGI), a media company established in 2016.

He also serves as Director of PT Mobilink Komunika Media, a company engaged in mobile communication services such as Application to Person (A2P) messaging.

GAD, a company operating in hosting and related services, will become the controlling shareholder of 49.38% in IOTF.

All shares were acquired from Alamsyah and Gracia Puspita Suciono, who held 29.63% and 19.75% of the total listed shares, respectively.

Assuming the current price of IDR 198 per share, the acquisition value of the IOTF shares amounts to approximately IDR 517.27 billion. (LK/KR/ZH)
