JAKARTA – PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk (MASB), a banking entity under the Wings Group, has approved a dividend distribution of IDR 32.25 billion for the 2024 financial year.

The decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on Wednesday, 28 May 2025.

“This dividend represents 15% of the company’s 2024 net profit of IDR 214.69 billion. Accordingly, shareholders will receive a dividend payout of IDR 23 per share,” said MASB Head of Corporate Planning Teddy Heryanto in an official statement on Tuesday (3/4).

In addition, part of the net profit will be allocated to mandatory reserves, with the remainder used to strengthen the bank’s capital structure.

The following is MASB’s cash dividend distribution schedule for the 2024 financial year:

• Cum dividend in regular and negotiated markets: 11 June 2025
• Ex dividend in regular and negotiated markets: 12 June 2025
• Cum dividend in cash market: 13 June 2025
• Ex dividend in cash market: 16 June 2025
• Recording date: 13 June 2025
• Payment date: 3 July 2025.
