JAKARTA – PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) will distribute cash dividends amounting to approximately 48.08% to 50.52% of its net profit for the 2024 financial year, which reached IDR 1.22 trillion.

MIKA Corporate Secretary Joyce V. Handajani conveyed the outcome of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in an information disclosure quoted on Wednesday (4/6).

According to Joyce, the shareholders resolved to distribute a minimum dividend of IDR 590 billion and a maximum of IDR 620 billion, equivalent to IDR 43 per share.

The cum and ex-dividend dates on the regular and negotiated markets are scheduled for 16 and 17 June 2025, respectively. Dividend payments are set for 10 July, based on the Shareholders List (DPS) recorded on 18 June 2025.

In the 2023 financial year, MIKA allocated IDR 500 billion in dividends, or IDR 34 per share, equal to 54.5% of its net profit, which reached IDR 916.13 billion.

By the end of 2024, MIKA's retained earnings stood at IDR 5 trillion, an increase of 13.4% from the previous year. Total equity rose 11.23% year-on-year to IDR 7.33 trillion. (LK/KR/ZH)
