Eight companies queue to go public on Indonesia Stock Exchange
JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) revealed that eight companies are currently in the pipeline for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
Director of Company Valuation at IDX, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, said that 22 new issuers have already listed on the exchange, raising a total of IDR 10.39 trillion up to 15 August 2025.
“As of today, there are eight companies in the IPO listing pipeline at IDX,” Nyoman said on Monday (18/8).
Of the eight prospective issuers, four have medium-sized assets of around IDR 50 billion to IDR 250 billion, while the other four are categorised as large-cap with assets above IDR 250 billion.
According to Nyoman, two of the companies in the IPO pipeline are from the Basic Materials sector. Meanwhile, one comes from Consumer Non-cyclicals, one from Financials, one from Industrials, one from Technology, and one from Transportation & Logistics.
In addition to IPOs, IDX also recorded four companies in the rights issue pipeline. Two are from Basic Materials, one from Healthcare, and one from Transportation & Logistics.
As for bonds, there are currently 116 issuances from 65 bond and sukuk issuers, with a total fund size of IDR 132.2 trillion.
By the end of last week, IDX had also recorded 15 debt issuances from 12 issuers, spread across sectors including Basic Materials, Energy, Financials, and Property.
Meanwhile, several newly listed shares in 2025 have shown strong performance.
IDX data show that shares of PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) have surged 510.87% since its IPO in January, reaching IDR 7,025 per share as of 15 August 2025. PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) followed, rising 44.09% to IDR 5,850.
Gains were even stronger among several issuers that listed on IDX in July 2025.
Shares of PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA) soared 721.05% from its IPO price, PT Pancaran Samudera Transport Tbk (PSAT) jumped 73.33%, PT Merry Riana Edukasi Tbk (MERI) climbed 115.62%, PT Trimitra Trans Persada Tbk (BLOG) more than doubled, and PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (COIN) skyrocketed 1,450%.
