After being in the green with fantastic volume the day before, net foreign trade volume was significantly lower on Wednesday, January 25. The difference between foreign purchases 2.4 billion and sales 2.92 billion produced a net foreign balance of minus 528,817,000. PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares are back in the spotlight following large foreign transactions totaling 1,685,928,300 shares and a net volume of minus 284,351,400. This figure is significantly larger in comparison to the highest net volume of 19.03 million shares from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) after foreigners purchased 28.46 million BBNI shares.

JAKARTA - With 2.64 billion shares sold by foreign investors on Monday, January 16, the volume reached its highest point in mid-January. Foreign purchases were also quite large, totaling 2.30 billion shares, but the net volume was still minus 340.80 million shares. Foreigners sold 1.71 billion shares in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), resulting in the lowest net volume of negative 399.11 million.

On Monday, January 9, foreign investor UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) purchased 691,480,000 shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) after previously selling a considerable quantity of them. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. increased its stake in this shrimp and fish farming company by 1%, to 12.5%. Apart from adding shares, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) is also seen selling 4.2 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).
