On February 8, PT Indotambang Perkasa purchased an additional 2,270,000,000 shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI). Indotambang Perkasa previously already owned 21.33% of the energy resources infrastructure issuer, but with this purchase, it now owns more than 25% of the company.

On Wednesday, January 11, PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS), an issuer that provides support services to the oil and gas industry, welcomed a new investor. Aldo Pratama Purnomo is the new individual investor who purchased 38,750,200 shares of RUIS and now owns 5.03% of the company. Haiyanto, an existing individual investor, on the other hand, sold 10.89 million RUIS shares, reducing his ownership from 23.55% to 22.14%.
