This share purchase also increased Hotel Candi Baru's ownership of the herbal medicine producer from 51% to 68.14% of SIDO shares. PT. Ahabe Niaga Selaras has also become a new shareholder in the automotive company, PT Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS). This investor acted quickly, acquiring 1.40 billion shares, or roughly 9.34% ownership, through two securities firms.
