PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) has divested its asset in the form of steam power plant (PLTU) with total capacity of 200 MW operated by two of its subsidiaries, PT Minahasa Cahaya Lestari (MCL) and PT Gorontalo Listrik Perdana (GLP).
