On Friday, September 13, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) saw the purchase of over 5.85 billion shares by foreign investor Sight Investment Company Pte Limited, for a total of 7.20 billion shares recorded. Along with this purchase through PT BNI Sekuritas, the foreign investor's ownership increased dramatically from 10.4% to 55.4%. By default, Sight Investment took over as the operator of Siloam Hospital's controlling shareholder.

The sale of shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) was one of the largest contributors to this increase, with foreign investors selling 3.55 billion GOTO shares for a net volume of -1.41 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign buying volume was 4.46 billion shares, bringing net foreign volume down to -987.60 million shares.

On Friday, September 13, foreign investors' shares sale activities resulted in a foreign selling volume of up to 3 billion shares. Meanwhile, the foreign buying volume was at 2.95 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume was just slightly different, closing at -45.60 million shares.
