PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT), a food and beverage manufacturer best known for its Finna brand, welcomed four new investors on Thursday, October 10. The four investors purchased 451.82 million SKLT shares, or 6.54% of the total, through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas. The four investors are PT Sentra Dinamika Persada, PT Eswhuang, PT Visi Inti Pelangi, and PT Aneka Agro Food. In the meantime, Sekar Laut released 17,500 of its own shares via PT BNI Sekuritas, giving it a 9.83% final ownership position.

The media company became a new investor by purchasing 10.68 billion BUKA shares through PT Sucor Sekuritas and two additional securities.
