On Wednesday, November 13, Winfly Ltd., a foreign investor, increased its stake in PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP), a banking company owned by the MNC Group. This investor previously owned 10% of the shares; however, after purchasing 256.35 million shares through PT MNC Sekuritas, its share portion increased to 10.59%. PT MNC Sekuritas, still a member of the MNC Group, acquired 34.56 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), an issuer in the resort and hotel development and management sector, holding a 14.82% ownership stake.

On Tuesday, November 12, investor PT Gerbangmas Tunggal Sejahtera made the decision to invest in PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), a telecommunications company. A substantial increase in shares was reported by investors in PT Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk (KDSI) as a result of the company's 1:4 stock split. Investor PT Kitasubur Utama, which currently owns 78.49% of KDSI's shares, increased its holdings to over 1.27 billion shares on Monday, November 11. A rise in shares to 90.22 million was then recorded by Permadi Al Suharto, an individual investor in KDSI who held 5.57% of the company's shares. While its share portion actually decreased slightly from 6.82% to 6.08%, PT Hoki Investasi Sejati also reported a change in the number of its KDSI shares, specifically from 27 million to 98 million shares.

More than 400.17 million shares of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) were taken over from PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk by PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama on Thursday, November 7. During the transaction, Panin Sekuritas saw a share drop from 18.48% to 15.29%, while Honoris Corporindo increased its ownership from 10.17% to 13.36%. Furthermore, it seemed that Haiyanto, an individual investor in MDLN, increased his stake in this real estate development company by 9 million shares, bringing his total ownership to 9.72%.
