PT RMK Investama made the decision to bolster its stake in coal logistics service provider PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) on Tuesday, September 24. This investor previously owned about 25.14 percent of the shares; however, after adding 900 million shares through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, this investor now owns 45.71 percent of the shares and is the controlling shareholder. Additionally, the parent company, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, has acquired another 260 million shares of its subsidiary, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), which develops and manages resorts and hotels, increasing its ownership to 9.68%.

The figure was calculated using the difference between foreign buying volume (4.86 billion shares) and foreign selling volume (4.41 billion shares). The digital corporation PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) then had the largest share purchase record at 2.64 billion shares for a net volume of 816.63 million shares.

On Wednesday, September 25, shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold in significant numbers, totalling 4.18 billion shares, for a net volume of -122.54 million shares. This transaction helped contribute to the rise of the foreign sales volume at 7.17 billion shares. MNC Digital, which holds a direct 9.09% stake in this production company, was able to acquire up to 619.42 million shares through a private placement.
