Three private investors increased their holdings in PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk, a manufacturer of food and beverage products, on Tuesday, September 3. The first of the three investors, Pangayoman Adi Soenjoto, increased his portion to 8.54% by purchasing an additional 418.57 million shares of GOOD. The other two investors are also members of the Soenjoto family. Kusumo Dewiningrum Sunjoto purchased 415.87 million shares, giving a final 8.81% ownership stake. Rahajoe Dewiningroem Soenjoto also acquired 402 million shares, bringing the total ownership of the company to approximately 6.6%.
