GOLF targets 30% profit growth in 2025
JAKARTA – PT Intra GolfLink Resorts Tbk (GOLF), a listed firm under Hutomo Mandala Putra (Tommy Soeharto), is targeting more than 30% growth in net profit for 2025.
Driven by the development of The Links Golf Villa project, which has recorded significant sales, GOLF projects revenue growth of more than 45% year-on-year (yoy) in 2025.
Dwi Febri Astuti, President Director of GOLF, explained that most of this growth will be supported by sales from The Links Golf Villa at New Kuta Golf, where 24 units from the first cluster have already been sold.
“For 2025, we are targeting revenue growth of over 45%, with the majority coming from The Links Golf Villa,” said Dwi at a press conference on April 8.
She added that marketing sales from the 24 units in the first cluster of The Links Golf Villa have reached IDR 178.2 billion.
In addition, GOLF has launched the second cluster of the project, part of a broader plan to build four clusters comprising 131 units in total. “The second cluster is also being targeted for marketing sales of approximately IDR 220 billion,” she noted.
At the same event, GOLF President Commissioner Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, son of Tommy Soeharto, stated that The Links Golf Villa Bali will be the key revenue driver for the company in 2025.
Darma highlighted a positive trend in Bali’s tourism sector, with a rise in the number of golf players from 2023 to 2024, which has had a favourable impact on the company’s performance. “We are optimistic this trend will continue into 2025,” he said.
Beyond villa sales, GOLF also expects recurring income from golf operations, hospitality services, and membership programmes to contribute significantly to its revenue growth target.
The company is also optimistic about completing handovers of additional units at The Links Golf Villa, which would further strengthen performance in 2025. (DK/KR/ZH)
