JAKARTA – On Friday, April 11, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% highlighted two PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS) investors who purchased additional shares.

The CASS controller, PT Roket Cipta Sentosa, acquired 208.69 million shares in this issuer of airport support services. Its share part grew from 51% to 61%. Then, Surono Subekti purchased 872,400 CASS shares, giving him a 5.41% overall stake. PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) was the intermediary for both transactions.

Through PT BNI Sekuritas, Jora Nilam Judge also increased her holdings in PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) by 15.48 million shares. Her stake in this provider of fleet management solutions rose to 24.79%.

MEJA's controller, PT Interra Djaya Karya, then acquired about 13.61 million shares of the design and furniture firm PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA) and currently owns 52.85% of the shares.

Additionally, 11 million shares in the metallurgical mining issuer were added by PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), the controller of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR). Its overall stake rose to 84.25%.

However, by releasing 150 million shares of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA). PT Surya Ganesa Amani executed the biggest share reduction this time. Through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, the investor sold shares of this mass media issuer, keeping 5.1% of the shares.

After that, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (BHIT) sold 45.95 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), its real estate entity, causing its share proportion to drop to 8.4%.

In addition, PT Manunggal Prime Development sold off 31.49 million of its shares in  PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), leaving 26.12% of the company's shares.

PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL), the controller of PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL), decreased its stake in this mining and construction company by 10 million shares, bringing its share percentage down to 57.47%.

Last but not least, PT Autum Prima Indonesia sold 4.81 million shares of PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (SINI), a coal mining firm, reducing its ownership stake to 35%. (KD)
